Granulation Operator

The Role

• Working Safely in a manufacturing warehouse, operating & monitoring Granulation equipment to ensure the efficient production of fertiliser
• Start up, adjust, monitor, and shut down associated plant and equipment, including hammer mill, granulation pan, oven, conveyors, dust collectors, cyclone separator and vibrating screens.

• Carry out basic maintenance tasks, including inspections, minor repairs, adjustments, and equipment changeovers

• Identify, isolate, and report equipment faults and process issues
• Work Safely in a fast-paced team environment
• Comply with all WHS requirements, SOPs, permits, and site safety procedures

• Carrying out general hand and basic labouring/housekeeping tasks in the production area
• Manual handling up to 20kgs
• ADHOC duties as required throughout the warehouse/yard

Criteria

• White Card (Required)
• Basic Machine + Production operating skills
• High Risk License: Forklift and EWP (Required)
• Relevant experience in an Industrial Manufacturing environment in Fertiliser, Chemical or Agricultural materials
• Valid C Class Licence + Reliable Transport
• National Police Clearance + Proof of Working Rights
